About these terms
01These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit this website or send us a request for help. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
If we take your case, our services are governed by a separate written agreement with you. If that agreement and these Terms ever conflict, the written agreement wins.
Our services
02Fraud Counsel helps victims of crypto fraud. Depending on the case, our work can include:
Visiting this website, sending a form or calling us does not create an attorney-client relationship or any duty to act. A relationship starts only when you and we sign a written agreement.
No guarantee of results
03Recovery depends on facts we do not control, such as where the funds went, how fast you act and whether an exchange or court cooperates. We will always give you an honest view, but we cannot guarantee that any funds will be found, frozen or returned.
Past results do not promise a future outcome. Anyone who guarantees recovery is not being honest.
Free case review
04Our first review is free and there is no obligation. Our assessment is based only on what you tell us, so it may change when we see more facts. A review is an opinion about your options, not a promise to take your case.
Fees and payment
05- The case review is free.
- If we take your case, we explain our fees in writing before you agree to anything.
- Costs charged by third parties, such as court fees or exchange charges, are explained separately where they apply.
- You never need to pay anyone to “release” funds. Be careful of anyone who asks for that.
Your responsibilities
06- Give us information that is accurate and as complete as you can.
- Tell us quickly if something changes or if you find new evidence.
- Keep your evidence safe, including messages, screenshots and transaction records.
- Never send us your seed phrase, private keys or passwords. We will never ask for them.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
What is not allowed
07- Giving false or misleading information, or pretending to be someone else.
- Trying to break into our website or systems, or to disrupt them.
- Copying or scraping our website in bulk, or using it to send spam.
- Using our name or branding to deceive others.
We may block access to the website if these Terms are broken.
Confidentiality and privacy
08We treat what you tell us as confidential and use it only to review and work on your case. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Third parties and links
09Our website may link to other websites, and our work depends on exchanges, platforms and courts that we do not control. We are not responsible for their actions, systems or content.
Our content
10The text, design, graphics and logo on this website belong to Fraud Counsel or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse them for another purpose without our written permission.
Limits on our liability
11To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss that comes from information on this website being incomplete or out of date. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the terms of a written agreement with you.
Governing law and changes
12These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts there will handle any dispute, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new Terms.
