01Can stolen crypto really be recovered?
Sometimes. It depends on where the funds went, how fast you act, and whether they reached an exchange or service that can freeze them. We tell you plainly after the review whether your case has a realistic path.
02Do you guarantee recovery?
No. Anyone who guarantees recovery is not being honest. Past results do not promise a future outcome, and we will never promise one.
03How quickly should I contact you?
As soon as you discover the loss. Stolen funds are often moved within hours, and early action gives the best chance of reaching an exchange before the money is cashed out.
04What information do I need to send?
Whatever you have. The most useful items are:
- Transaction IDs (hashes)
- The scammer's wallet address
- The platform or website involved
- Screenshots, emails or chat messages
If you are missing some of these, send what you have and we will help find the rest.
05Which types of fraud do you handle?
Fake investment platforms, romance and pig-butchering scams, phishing and wallet drains, token and ICO fraud, and exchange or broker fraud. If your case is different, describe it in the form and we will tell you if we can help.
06How much does it cost?
The first case review is free. If we take your case, we explain the fees in writing before you agree to anything, so there are no surprises.
07Will you ask for my seed phrase or private keys?
Never. We do not need your seed phrase, private keys or passwords to investigate. If anyone claiming to be us asks for them, stop and do not reply.
08How do I know a recovery company is not another scam?
Warning signs are guaranteed results, pressure to pay fast, requests for your keys, and no written terms. A real firm explains the process, the limits and the costs up front.
09How long does a case take?
It varies. Tracing can take days, while freezes and legal steps can take weeks or months. We give you a realistic timeline after the review and keep you updated.
10Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. What you send is used only to assess and work on your case. We do not share your details publicly, and case results are shown only with client consent.
